The annual Angora Cup Interuniversity Sports Festival, organized by the Physical Education and Sports Center, began on April 22. Competition in various sports will continue through the end of this week; as of April 28, 382 students had competed in seven events in four sports.
The universities participating in the festival include Atılım, Başkent, Bilkent, Boğaziçi, Çankaya, Hacettepe, ODTÜ, TED and Ufuk. The events that have concluded so far are women’s and men’s swimming, table tennis and volleyball, and men’s water polo. The top-finishing universities in those events are listed below.
