 Ian Richardson, an instructor in the School of English Language, passed away
peacefully in the UK on Saturday, September 3, after a long battle with leukemia. Dr.
Richardson was a a staff member of the School of English Language's Faculty Academic
English program, and also taught courses in the M.A. TEFL program and the Graduate School
of Education. He was a fine teacher and a wonderful colleague. Bilkent University would
like to express its sincere condolences to Dr. Richardson's family and friends. A memorial
will be held in the C Block Auditorium on Tuesday, September 13 at 5:30 p.m.
