Interval Training Beats Stress, Increases Fitness

interval trainingThe Interval Training Program, organized by the Physical Education and Sports Center, will be held at the Student Dormitory Sports Hall, Tuesday March 25, at 6:30 p.m.

This is a group program combining aerobics, tae-bo, step and fitness training. All students, regardless of current physical ability, are invited to participate in this dynamic and enjoyable activity that combines rhythm and fitness training. Students who attended last year's session found that they were able to relieve stress in an energetic and social environment. This year, fitness balls and flex-bands are also available for your use.

Register at the Main, Student Dormitories, or East Campus Sports Halls. All who take part will get a free Bilkent interval training t-shirt. Don't miss out! Register early!
