On March 10, Bilkent's men's and women's basketball teams played their last games in the 5th Ayva Cup against Hacettepe, at the Hacettepe University Beytepe Campus. The women's team lost their last game 63 to 49. However, their March 6 win over Başkent University secured them a second place overall finish in the Ankara Group, after Hacettepe. The men were also defeated by Hacettepe with a score of 69 to 66. Their previous 66 to 64 win over Başkent helped them clinch third place in the Ayva Cup, Ankara Group.
