How could the car parking stickers have increased by 333 percent since last year? Who establishes this rate? What is the logic behind it? I think the Traffic Board has a different understanding of inflation or maybe it means that if you are a Bilkent student you should be prepared for a rip-off.

Editor's Note: Dr. İhsan Sabuncuoğlu explained that sticker fees go to the University budget, not to the Traffic Board, and the latest increase was a delayed price adjustment. The prices for parking stickers at some other universities are as high as 20 million lira, and for limited space only.
