Atatürk's Legacy for Turkey
A memorial ceremony to commemorate Atatürk was held on Friday, November 10.
During the ceremony, Prof. Stanford Shaw gave a speech titled "Atatürk's Legacy for Turkey."
In his speech Prof. Shaw said, "It is not enough, however, simply to commemorate, honor and remember Atatürk and the services he accomplished for Turkey and the world. We must also honor and respect and remember and accept and follow the many admonitions he left for the people of Turkey...

Arif Yamaç who had been working at Meteksan print shop for 20 years, and contributing, amongst other things, to the weekly publishing of Bilkent News was lost due to a sudden illness last week.
