Organized by the Physical Education and Sports Center, the third Interval Training Program will be held at the Student Dormitories Sports Hall on Tuesday, March 18 at 6:30 p.m. The Interval Training Program is group based, combining aerobics, taibox, step and fitness training. “Regardless of your current physical ability, we invite all students to participate in this dynamic and enjoyable program. The goal of the Interval Training Program is to bring students together in a sport that combines rhythm and fitness training. We invite everybody to join the program, and have some fun!” says Filiz Gür, coordinator of the step / aerobics program.
Registrations are on Main Campus and the Student Dormitories Sports Halls. The first 100 who register will be given free Bilkent t-shirts.
