Organized by the Physical Education and Sports Center as part of its Sports as a Way of Life program, a yoga class took place on November 5 at the Main Sports Hall. The event attracted around 15 participants.
Students who took part in the class earned points for their Sports as a Way of Life “mountain groups,” with students taking GE250/1 also receiving 10 points for the course.
By focusing concentration on their movements, participants honed their mental as well as their physical powers, aiming to arrive at a state of balance and harmony.
