As in previous years, the Bilkent IEEE Student Branch is holding its “Webworks” web design training sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:40 p.m. in Room B206. The sessions, in which participants learn the basics of web design, include training in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL.
The aim of WebWorks is to arouse interest in and enhance knowledge of web design through labs, which generally feature a teamwork approach. Attending the sessions is completely free of charge and does not require registration. The only thing needed is a laptop. Participants enrolled in GE250/251 receive points for attending.
