Last week, the “Bilkent Sports Games” kicked off with their first event: Walking Week, which featured both a walk and a trek.
Around 70 people participated in the walk, which took place the evening of September 30 on a route going from East Campus to Main Campus. The trek, held the morning of October 2, attracted approximately 60 participants, who took the path around the Bilkent lake.
The Sports Center recommends that everyone exercise on a regular basis or walk ten thousand steps per day to maintain health and fitness.
