On October 5, Marc Murphy, owner and executive chef of Benchmarc Restaurants, visited the Department of Tourism and Hotel Management with 20 students from Atatürk and Zübeyde Hanım Anadolu vocational high schools. During their visit, Mr. Murphy and the students prepared leek risotto in the practice kitchen of Le Piment Rouge restaurant. Teachers from the schools, along with US Embassy representatives, were also welcomed as guests for the occasion.
