The graduation party for the class of 2017 will take place on Monday, June 12 and Tuesday, June 13 at 8 p.m. in the Sakarya Ballroom of the Bilkent Hotel and Conference Center. Özgün will be the guest artist at the event; following the party, a DJ performance by Levent Özkazanç will continue until 2 a.m., sponsored by the Bilkent Alumni Association (BİLMED).
Tickets for this year’s party will be available at a cost of 190 TL per person, which will include two drinks and a sit-down meal at a table for 11. Seating is limited to 600 persons each night; you can choose which of the two dates you wish to attend.
Tickets can be purchased from May 15 through June 9. Payment should be made to İD Bilkent University account #42292822 at the Yapı Kredi Bank Bilkent branch (IBAN: TR73 0006 7010 0000 0042 2928 22), following which you may bring the bank receipt to the Alumni Center to obtain your ticket. The receipt should include your name, surname and ID number, and the name of your department. If you come to the Alumni Center with your friends, you will be able to choose your table together.
