The graduation party for the class of 2018 will take place on Tuesday, June 5 and Wednesday, June 6 at 8 p.m. in the Sakarya Ballroom of the Bilkent Hotel and Conference Center. The guest artist for the event will be Fettah Can; the party will continue until 2 a.m. with a DJ performance by Levent Özkazanç, sponsored by the Bilkent Alumni Association (BİLMED).
Those who wish to attend the party may purchase a ticket for either date, according to their choice; seating capacity is limited to 600 persons each evening. The ticket price of 230 TL will include a meal and two drinks served at the ticket holder’s table, with unlimited nonalcoholic beverage service and cash bars open throughout the evening for those wishing to buy additional drinks.
Tickets can be purchased from May 8 through June 4. To buy your ticket, first pay the above-mentioned amount to the University account #42292822 at the Yapı Kredi Bank Bilkent Branch (IBAN: TR46 0006 7010 0000 0042 2928 22), and then bring the bank receipt to the Alumni Center. The receipt should include your name, surname, student ID number and department name. If you come to the Alumni Center with your friends, you will be able to choose your table together.
