On March 15, a ceremony to present Invent Analytics Merit Scholarships to Bilkent students was held via Zoom. Two Computer Engineering students and two Industrial Engineering students were recipients of scholarships for the 2021–2022 academic year.
First given to Bilkent students last year, these scholarships were established through the generosity of Invent Analytics, a company founded by Department of Industrial Engineering graduate Gürhan Kök (BS ’96, MS ’98). Invent Analytics is an international firm providing advanced analytics solutions for the retail and fast-moving consumer goods sector.
During the ceremony, which was held by the university’s Development Office, Invent Analytics HR Director Burçin Yiğit met online with the scholarship awardees and spoke with them about their career goals.
