Assoc. Prof. Ece Göztepe of the Faculty of Law has been elected to the executive board of the Consortium for Social Research on Turkey (CSRT). The consortium is an academic network for historical, comparative and theoretical scholarship focusing on politics and society in Turkey. CSRT aims to establish an academic platform to promote critical thinking and multidisciplinary research, scholarship and publication on Turkey and on related political, social, economic and cultural questions. Other members of the executive board are Prof. Andrew Arato (New School for Social Research, NY), Prof. Seyla Benhabib (Yale University), Prof. Silvia von Steinsdorff (Humboldt University Berlin), Prof. Fuat Keyman (Sabancı University) and Assoc. Prof. Banu Bargu (New School for Social Research, NY).
