Prof. Bilgin Tiryakioğlu and Prof. Osman Berat Gürzumar of the Faculty of Law have been appointed as academicians and practicing arbitrators to the Commission on Arbitration and ADR (Amicable Dispute Resolution) of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The commission is the ICC’s think tank and rule-making body in the field of international dispute resolution, established to ensure that the Chamber’s dispute resolution services and rules are adapted to the latest legislative and technological developments and the evolving needs of practitioners.
The commission comprises approximately one thousand members from over 90 countries, selected by the ICC based on their expertise in international dispute resolution and their work at both the national and international levels.
