Last Wednesday evening, a number of students participating in this semester’s Fitness Challenge event joined their fellow exercise enthusiasts for the Fit Challenge+ group workout, held in the Dormitories Sports Hall. The idea behind this new addition to the Fitness Challenge is that by exercising together, participants will help motivate and encourage each other – and also have more fun.
The Sports Center’s Fitness Challenge, held once every semester, invites students to collect points by exercising regularly over a four-week period.
