You are to generate a

9-digit number, using the numbers from 1 to 9 once. The conditions are:

-The sum of each consecutive triplet (three consecutive digits) must be smaller than 17.

-Two odd or two even numbers may not be next to each other.

Given these conditions, what is the smallest possible positive number that can be generated?
