The new Alumni Talk Series being conducted by the Faculty of Law offers students an excellent opportunity to meet with Law graduates working in different areas of various sectors. For the series, the Faculty is inviting graduates to campus to share insights into their post-graduation jobs and to advise current students regarding future career prospects.
The speaker for the first talk in the series, which took place October 15, was İrem Tümer, a Law graduate who is currently working as a technical analyst at the United Nations Population Fund. Among the topics she discussed were possible career paths; she also brought to students’ attention the names of a number of international law firms.
Ms. Tümer’s talk drew a large audience. The Alumni Talk Series will continue throughout the academic year and is open to all students.
