Radio Bilkent is introducing a brand-new program of a different kind. Called Tie-Break, the program is geared toward listeners who are interested in what’s going on in the world of sports, and will focus on newsworthy and current events in football and basketball in particular.
What’s unusual is that Tie-Break is envisioned as a third-wave sports program. So, it will break out of the old-fashioned mold and present a fresher face; rather than aggressive sports talk, the program will promote calmer and more reasoned discussion.
“We’ll have some surprising special guests on the program,” promise Tie-Break staffers. “So stay tuned on Tuesdays from 7 to 9 p.m.!”
