Outdoor group exercise and sports programs organized by the Physical Education and Sports Center are starting this month, with a variety of exercise activities kicking off on Main Campus this week. Some exercise sessions are taking place on the lawn of Dormitories 81 and 82, and others on the mini football field near the Dormitories Sports Hall.

The rules for using the outdoor sports areas are based on the directives of the Ministry of Health. The use of masks during sports activities is obligatory, and the Dormitories Sports Hall locker rooms will not be open for use.

As the capacity of the exercise programs is limited, you must register to reserve a place in the program of your choice. And at each session you attend, please be sure to bring a face mask, a bottle of water and a towel.

Bodyweight Training                             12 noon – 1 p.m.

Wednesday

Friday

Bodyweight Training                             12 noon – 1 p.m.
