On December 3, as part of International Day of Persons with Disabilities, TDP (Toplumsal Duyarlılık Projeleri/Social Awareness Projects) collaborated with İDF Bilkent High School and Special Olympics Turkey to invite 150 children with mental disabilities from special education schools in Ankara to visit Bilkent University. In this social awareness project on East Campus, the group enjoyed participating in basketball, zumba, magic shows and many other activities. TDP volunteers said that they hope there will be more awareness for individuals with special education needs in the near future.
