Ebru Ural Özkan, who had served as Human Resources manager at Bilkent University since 2013, decided to leave the position as of November 30, 2015. Ersun Türköz will take over as Human Resources manager as of December 23, 2015. Bilkent extends its gratitude to Ms. Ural Özkan and wishes Mr. Türköz all the best in his new position.
