During the semester break, the Sports Center will be offering a yoga course and a variety of group exercise and fitness programs. All courses will take place in the Main Sports Hall according to the schedules below; participants may register at any of the Sports Halls. YOGA

Dates: January 3 through February 2

Fee: 40 TL (three days a week/six weeks )

Monday, 12 noon-1 p.m.

Wednesday, 12 noon-1 p.m.

Friday, 12 noon-1 p.m.

GROUP EXERCISE PROGRAMS

Dates: December 11 through January 3

Fee: 70 TL (three days a week/four weeks)

6:40-7:30 p.m.   Pilates/Stretching

Tuesday

5:40-6:30 p.m. Pound Fit

Wednesday
