To suit the current conditions, in which everyone must stay close to home and instruction is conducted at a distance, the Physical Education and Sports Center has prepared some exercise videos that you can use to train your basic muscle groups. Best of all, these five-minute workouts can be done between classes.

Other videos include strength training, stretching and cardio exercises that can help you maintain your existing muscle strength.
