Don’t wait until Monday to start exercising. You can start immediately. You’ll find yourself much more energetic than before.
What are the first three things that come to mind when you hear the word “sports”?
It makes me think of health in the first place, and improving at any task.
Which Bilkent sports facilities (Sports Halls, playing fields, tennis courts, etc.) do you use? Have you taken any courses or participated in any activities?
Besides working out in the Bilkent Sports Hall each week, I participated in the Zumba activity during Spring Fest last year.
