How often do you exercise?
I exercise at least three times a week.
How has regular exercise affected your life?
Exercising has increased my self-confidence, and I feel much happier. It has also increased my ability to focus on everything I do in everyday life. Finally, exercising on a regular basis has helped me gain discipline overall.
What do you suggest to those who are just taking up a sport or starting to exercise?
No matter what happens, don’t stop exercising.
What are the first three things that come to mind when you hear the word “sports”?
Discipline, self-confidence, responsibility.
Which Bilkent sports facilities (Sports Halls, playing fields, tennis courts, etc.) do you use? Have you taken any courses or participated in any activities?
I’ve participated in basketball, football and swimming as well as bicycling around campus.
