Five times a week.

It has made me very relaxed, organized and confident about myself.

What do you suggest to those who are just taking up a sport or starting to exercise?

Take it slow. You build strength gradually, and proper nutrition is also key. Also, for girls: I think they should do more strength training.

What are the first three things that come to mind when you hear the word “sports”?

Weight lifting, relaxation and personal therapy.
