How often do you exercise?
I do two days of strength training, two days of indoor intervals on the treadmill and two days of Bilkent outdoors.
How has regular exercise affected your life?
I’ve met lots of good friends. Working out indoors and outdoors has increased my productivity and efficiency in everyday tasks.
What do you suggest to those who are just taking up a sport or starting to exercise?
Starting to exercise is the best choice ever. Get a pair of sport shoes, and it will allow you to exercise indoors and outdoors, resulting in an improved mood and a higher energy level.
What are the first three things that come to mind when you hear the word “sports”?
On your mark, get set, go.
Which Bilkent sports facilities (sports halls, playing fields, tennis courts, etc.) do you use? Have you taken any courses or participated in any activities?
I do strength training and running in the Main Sports Hall, and also run outdoors at Bilkent; I achieved a top finish in the “Sports as a Way of Life” spring run.
