Three or four times a week.
How has regular exercise affected your life?
I consider coming to the gym my “special time” away from hard work. Exercising day after day makes me stronger and more confident.
What do you suggest to those who are just taking up a sport or starting to exercise?
Come to the gym, get the motivation. Honestly, it’s going to be one of the best things you can do for yourself in Bilkent campus life.
What are the first three things that come to mind when you hear the word “sports”?
Confidence, strength, an active lifestyle.
Which Bilkent sports facilities (sports halls, playing fields, tennis courts, etc.) do you use? Have you taken any courses or participated in any activities?
I usually use the Dormitories Sports Hall. I also do weekly Zumba classes at the Main Sports Hall, and I’ve participated in all the Zumba master classes.
