How often do you exercise?

I have been exercising since early childhood, and these days I exercise all but two days a week.

How has regular exercise affected your life? 

Regular exercise promotes the biggest value of life: simplicity.

What do you suggest to those who are just taking up a sport or starting to exercise?

Be patient and you will soon see the results of exercise; it will help balance your mind, body and soul.

What are the first three things that come to mind when you hear the word “sports”?

Balance, flow, patience.

Which Bilkent sports facilities (sports halls, playing fields, tennis courts, etc.) do you use? Have you taken any courses or participated in any activities?

I do powerlifting, calisthenics and hand-balancing exercises on a regular basis; I have also taken yoga classses at the Main and Dormitories Sports Halls.
