I try to exercise three times every week.

Performing daily activities has become easier and my shortness of breath has decreased considerably.

In my opinion, the most important thing is consistency.

Mental health, physical health, and effort.
Which Bilkent sports facilities (sports halls, playing fields, tennis courts, etc.) do you use? Have you taken any courses or participated in any activities?
Mostly I use the Dormitories Sports Hall for working out; I also participate in some of the group activities every semester.
