It might be difficult at first, but you should try to make it a part of your daily life. If you do, you’ll surely see the benefits.

Fitness, fun, competition.
Which Bilkent sports facilities (sports halls, playing fields, tennis courts, etc.) do you use? Have you taken any courses or participated in any activities?
Mostly I use the squash court; I’ve taken all the “Sports as a Way of Life” squash courses and also participated in the racket sports festival.
