How often do you exercise?
I try to exercise daily, as it helps me stay active and focused throughout the day.
How has regular exercise affected your life?
A little bit of exercise brings a lot of positivity to my day.
What do you suggest to those who are just taking up a sport or starting to exercise?
If you’re just starting out, exercising every day will be a bit difficult, so I would recommend that you gradually build up your endurance. In the beginning it’s hard to get used to the routine and exertion, but once you get used to it, it’s a lot of fun, so don’t give up.
What are the first three things that come to mind when you hear the word “sports”?
The three things that immediately come to my mind are fun, fitness and basketball.
Have you taken any courses or participated in any activities (intramural tournaments, swim festivals, Zumba master classes, etc.)?
Bilkent University has a wide range of sports facilities available; I usually go to the sports halls. In my spare time, I enjoy playing table tennis and basketball too; I’ll give the courses a try soon.
