How often do you exercise?
I generally do sports four to five days a week.
How has regular exercise affected your life?
Doing sports on a regular basis gives me energy and motivation in my studies and other activities.
What are the first three things that come to mind when you hear the word “sports”?
Fun, music, happiness.
What do you suggest to those who are just taking up a sport or starting to exercise?
They should keep exercising even during exam weeks. Sports give you the energy to deal with difficulties and motivate you to be productive. Beginners should also realize that even if they may be reluctant to start exercising, once they really do get started they’ll want to continue. Regular sports will bring order to your life and have a positive effect in the long term.
Which Bilkent sports facilities do you use?
I generally use the gyms in the sports halls. I like go running in the Bilkent forest around the lake.
Have you taken any courses or participated in any activities?
I wanted to participate in the swim festivals, but I missed one of them because of my classes.
