How often do you exercise?
Depending on my schoolwork, I exercise four or five times a week.
How has regular exercise affected your life?
Regular exercise has improved my eating habits and sleep quality, relaxed my skeletal system and made me more energetic during the day.
What do you suggest to those who are just taking up a sport or starting to exercise?
First of all, I suggest that they do their own research to find a sports program that suits their expectations. Then, they can adjust their sleeping hours, nutrition and social life in the most appropriate way for sports.
What are the first three things that come to mind when you hear the word “sports”?
Determination, strength, and confidence.
Which Bilkent sports facilities do you use?
I generally use the Dormitories Sports Hall to exercise and sometimes go to the Main Sports Hall and football fields to play table tennis and football with friends.
Have you taken any courses or participated in any Sports Center activities?
I’ve participated in football tournaments a few times, and I’m planning to take a PE course next semester.
