It might be hard to leave your comfort zone at first, but when you finish your workout you’ll see that it was definitely worth it.

Endurance, freedom, effort.

All of them.
Have you taken any courses or participated in any Sports Center activities?
I’ve taken strength training, Wing Tsun and squash courses. I’ve participated in many running events as well.
