Five to six times a week.
How has regular exercise affected your life?
It has made me more confident. I feel healthy and energetic; I have become a more organized person and am able to use my time efficiently.
What do you suggest to those who are just taking up a sport or starting to exercise?
Don’t lose any time getting started. You’ll get better and better, and it will make you a happier person.
What are the first three things that come to mind when you hear the word “sports”?
Health, efficiency, happiness.
Have you ever used the Bilkent sports facilities? Which courses did you take/activities did you participate in?
I’ve used the Dormitories Sports Hall for five years. I’ve participated in the Fitness Challenge several times, and have won awards five times.
