How often do you exercise?
I try to exercise four or five times a week.
How has regular exercise affected your life?
After I started doing sports, I realized that I felt healthier and more vigorous. Also, exercising really helped me relieve stress and physically relax.
What do you suggest to those who are just taking up a sport or starting to exercise?
It can be a challenging process for beginners, but don’t stop doing sports; make it part of your life.
What are the first three things that come to mind when you hear the word “sports”?
Action, motivation and fun.
Which Bilkent sports facilities do you use?
I use the sports halls and playing fields.

I haven’t yet, but I’d like to.
