How often do you exercise?
Three days a week.
How has regular exercise affected your life?
It’s made me livelier, physically and psychologically healthier, more energetic and more active.
What do you suggest to those who are just taking up a sport or starting to exercise?
Just keep on doing it. Don’t rush. Start with little steps and don’t worry about it. Little steps will make the difference. Be patient, and you’ll see your progress.
What are the first three things that come to mind when you hear the word “sports”?
Liveliness, dynamism, fun.
Which Bilkent sports facilities do you use?
I’m currently using only the sports halls, but previously I used the tennis courts too.
Have you taken any courses or participated in any Sports Center activities?
I’ve taken two yoga courses and participated in tennis, Zumba and Pilates classes.
