It has helped me to fall asleep much faster and made me more dynamic during the day. It also helps me reduce stress.
What do you suggest to those who are just taking up a sport or starting to exercise?
Patience is key. Results start to appear after weeks of regular exercise. Also, it’s important to rest when necessary.

Dormitories Sports Hall and fitness room.

I have been doing archery for the past nine years. I attend competitions regularly.
