How often do you exercise?
I used to exercise five times a week while on campus. However, now I’m at home and can exercise almost every day.
How has regular exercise affected your life?
Exercising regularly keeps me mentally vigorous. Physically, it makes me feel strong. It also allows me to focus more on my work and classes.
What do you suggest to those who are just taking up a sport or starting to exercise?
My only suggestion is to find the motivation you need and start right away!
What are the first three things that come to mind when you hear the word “sports”?
Gloves, music, my teammate (my girlfriend).
What are your #stayhome sports or exercises?
After stretching, I do abdominal exercises every day. Then I lift weights and do push-ups and planks.
