In collaboration with the Embassy of Italy, the Department of Tourism and Hotel Management is holding a series of culinary workshops this week as part of the “Italian Culinary Days” event organized by the embassy and the department. The workshops, taught by Italian chefs, are taking place online from İstanbul via Zoom.The first workshop was presented by Chef Nino Mosca on Monday, November 23. The second workshop, taught by Chef Stefano Masanti, will take place on Wednesday, November 25, and the third, by Chef Gianluca Fusto, on Friday, November 27.
