The Bilkent Faculty of Music and Performing Arts is hosting the neophon ensemble for “Welcoming Maqam,” a two-day residency and series of events at the FMPA building on Tuesday and Wednesday, September 27-28. All are welcome to attend the events, which are free of charge (including the concert); all spoken events are in English.
