The first time Prof. Jorge Díaz-Herrera, dean of Rochester Institute of Technology, visited Bilkent University, he delivered a presentation on "Software Quality as a Reflection of the Process." On December 16, he delivered a lecture titled "Software Product Lines: Quality and the Bottom Line," while he was still in Rochester, N.Y.
