Bilkent IAED Students' Work Shines at İstanbul Design Week
Work by students in the Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design (IAED) was exhibited on the Old Galata Bridge during İstanbul Design Week (IDW), September 28 to October 2.
İstanbul, as the historical meeting point of continents and civilizations, provides a matchless setting for interchange and dialogue focused on contemporary international design practice. This year's IDW 
brought together designers from many disciplines and many countries, and featured exhibitions, lectures and workshops. Participants included globally famous designers as well as the curators of Austria Design Week and Dutch Design Week. A special pavilion welcomed the design students from many universities who attended this important event.
