Türkçe Topluluğu Holds Monthly Book Exchanges
The Bilkent University Turkish Community (Türkçe Topluluğu) is a student organization that not only believes in the importance of language and the way it is used, but also acts on this belief. For example, the group brings writers, especially ones who are well-known in Turkey, to campus for lectures and conferences.
Another activity of the Turkish Community is its monthly book exchange. During the last week of every month, the organization has a book exchange stand open in A Building. The event encourages reading by offering members of the Bilkent community the chance to exchange books they've already read for other books they'd like to read
