Prof. Metin Heper, vice rector for academic affairs and founder and honorary member of the Turkish Academy of Sciences, has, with Sabri Sayarı, professor at Sabancı University, edited a new book, "The Routledge Handbook of Modern Turkey" (London and New York: Routledge, 2012; 400 pp.).
