1. CREEP - Introduction (ft. PLANNINGTOROCK)

The Brooklyn duo of Lauren Dillard and Lauren Flax made their debut with the EP "Days" in 2011. As a big fan since then, I'm still waiting for them to release an album. They haven't done so yet, although they've collaborated with Nina Sky, Romy Medley-Croft of The xx, Holly Miranda and PLANNINGTOROCK. In the meantime. I suggest that you listen to "Days," if you haven't yet.

2. David Bowie - Sound and Vision (Matt Mendez Remix)

Matt Mendez is a French DJ whose name I've mentioned before, because of the remix he made of The Weeknd's song "Valerie." This is another good remix by him, of Bowie's song "Sound and Vision."

3. Valentina - Gabriel

Valentina is a London-based artist on the record label Greco-Roman. Her EP "Wolves" was released on April 29. If you like "Gabriel," you can check out her Soundcloud page: soundcloud.com/valentinamusic.

4. Is Tropical - Dancing Anymore

All of the artists on Kitsuné (a French record label that I've mentioned before) are amazing, and the English trio Is Tropical is no exception. This single is from their second album, "I'm Leaving," which will be released on May 20 by Kitsuné.

5. Yacht - Second Summer (RAC Mix)

Yacht is an American band from Oregon and Texas. This song was released in 2012, and the remix by RAC is a total success. It's very appropriate for the May list, with its summery sound.

6. Grizzly Bear - Sleeping Ute (Nicholas Jaar Remix)

Grizzly Bear is an indie rock band from the US, and "Sleeping Ute" is from their album "Shields," which was released in 2012. Chilean producer Nicolas Jaar has taken this gorgeous song and made it more melancholic and even more gorgeous.

7. Falcon Punch & Roller Radio - Never Enough

I love making "Songs to Listen To" lists because I always learn new things in the research process. Until now, I hadn't heard of Falcon Punch or Roller Radio, but this song is so amazing that I think their names should be noted. Falcon Punch is a producer from LA, and "Never Enough" is a collaboration with another California producer, from San Diego, known as Roller Radio. If you like this one, there's another song they've done together, called "I Might Be Gone."

8. Daft Punk - Get Lucky (ft. Pharell Williams)

I'm aware that everybody has already heard of this one. It's everywhere, and everyone's covering it, but it's a really good song as well as a really well-advertised one. So, until we all get bored, enjoy.

9. Daughter - Get Lucky (Daft Punk Cover)

I told you that everyone is covering "Get Lucky," but because of my love for Daughter, I'm featuring this one in the list. This cover is interesting because Daughter is capable of making even "Get Lucky" sound melancholic.

10. Jupiter - One O Six (Juveniles Remix)

I'm a big big fan of the French duo Jupiter and their debut album "Juicy Lucy"; I've listened to it for months, and I'm still not bored. Every song on the album is a very fun electronic song. But Juveniles has taken the upbeat "One O Six" and made it into a slower love song.

11. Juveniles - Fantasy

Since we're talking about Juveniles, they're a synthpop duo from France. They also released another single last month, called "Strangers."

12. Gold Panda - Brazil

Gold Panda is an English electronic music producer, and "Brazil" is a newly released single from his upcoming album, "Half of Where You Live," which will be released on June 20. 13. Karma Kid - In My Arms

Karma Kid is another mysterious artist from the UK; I have no information about him, except for his record label, which is Just Us. If you're interested, try his Soundcloud page: https://soundcloud.com /karmakidmusic.

14. Wampire - Trains

I don't remember whether or not I've mentioned Wampire, but they're a new band that's recently become very popular. They're one of Stereogum's Band(s) to Watch, and they've also been featured in The Guardian as a New Band of the Week. Their debut album, "Curiosity," will be released this week, so maybe they'll be featured in my final column.

15. Nude Beach - I'm Giving Up

Nude Beach is a three-piece rock band from Brooklyn, NY. Their record label is Other Music Recording Co., and you can listen to their songs on their Bandcamp page: http://nudebeach.bandcamp.com/
