Bilkent IEEE Reached 700 People in 3 Days
Bilkent IEEE Student Branch organizes KGZ every year with the most successful companies. This year KGZ 2010 started on November 24 and ended on November 26th and was held in Mithat Çoruh Auditorium. On the first day of organization, there was a colloquy with Emrehan Halıcı who is one of the members of the Turkish National Assembly and is also the founding chairman of the Turkish Intelligence Foundation. Later, Muzaffer Yıldırım presented information about Electronic Security. At the end of the day, representatives from Bilgeadam speculated about technology in 2020.
On second day of the program, speakers from the Education Foundation (EF) explained the opportunities available in international education. Then Bilgeadam made a presentation about how to develop a Facebook application. The head manager of Secret CV, Okan Tütüncü, talked about the most important issues in becoming successful in the business world. Later, the founding chairman of the Target Foundation, Barış Okur, explained how to become an entrepreneur. Bülent Yerlikaya from İzgören & Akın made a presentation about the "Şeytan Tüyü." Then LG-Ericsson and IBM made presentations about career options. The last part of the organization was "Technology in Football." Referee Metin Tokat and sports announcer Erdoğan Arıkan both gave presentations.
